WKF IRELAND president Mike O´BRIEN and his team promoted a TOP event in “Devon Inn Hotel”.

In total 35 (!) fights on the fight card, including two Irish Junior titles, six PRO-AM Irish titles, plus two PRO-AM European titles and finally one PRO-AM World title.

So many tough Irish fighters showed high class performance and created new champions. On the international fight card we had fighter from Denmark, Italy, Austria, France and Russia.

Peter BRODIGAN beat French fighter Michael COLUMBAT for the PRO-AM European title in K-1 rules Lightwelter – 63,50 Kg/138 lbs in Round 2 by RSC. He is now on pos. 2 in the PRO-AM World ranking.

Amir SAHIL/Austria beat Irish Patrick EARL for the PRO-AM European title in Lowkick Light middleweight -71Kg/156lbs.

WKF CANADA is proud to announce our first WKF JUNIOR PROVINCIAL TOURNAMENT on June 6, 2015 in Woodstock, ON, hosted by RING ROYALTY.

This will be catered to ages 7 yrs – 15 yrs old. (Don’t worry!! For those 16+, we have an announcement for you coming up VERY SOON!!).

In order to participate in this tournament, you must be a Active Member of WKF Canada and competitors will need a WKF Fighter Pass.

WKF PHILIPPINES president Mr. Andy KUNZ announce next international event.

 

On 22nd October 2016  in Manila for the first time an open WKF “Fight Club” Light Contact kickboxing tournament will take place.

Venue is the famous “Hybrid Manila Gym” in San Miguel, Pasig 1600.

 

In addition to fighters from the Philippines fighters there are fighters from Japan and Singapore are registered.

 

We expect to see exciting fights. As Ring Girls are the Models of FHM Magazine Philippines.

 

The whole event will be filmed by Sony and transferred to the big screen. In addition to kickboxing fights will also be a Cosplay competition. 

 

Following the event will be a Screening of the martial arts action movie “Kiron the Dragonamulet”.

With immediate effect WKF head office appointed Mr. Ozan ULKER from Melbourne as CEO for the continent.

Mr. Ulker is long time in the martial arts, and he has many high degrees in various styles and systems.

In the past he got many friends and contacts in martial arts and Kick boxing, on his continent as well as on many parts of the world.

His first aim is to organize an Australian team for the upcoming world Championships in Italy. All countries in this area are invited to contact Mr. Ulker, to represent e.g. Papua New Guinea, Guam, New Zealand and all others by the huge World Championships.

“We are already making some progress in the USA for the WKF” , he said.

Executive Vice President in the USA will be Robin SNIFFEN and Joseph BLURTON. Joseph Blurton is  a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach in Oklahoma City, OK.

WKF USA Vice Presidents are Master Louie CRUZ Korean Martial Arts & Martial Arts, Muskogee, Oklahoma Dragonfly Dojo. Sifu Ray HIDRETH Sanda/San Shou Tulsa, Oklahoma TKung Fu Kwoon.

Sensei Jarrod HORATH Kickboxing Okmulgee, Oklahoma Paddy’s Kickboxing Gym ; Instructor John WHITE Combat Fighting McAlester, Oklahoma 3 Feathers Muay Thai, Kickboxing & MMA. Louie & Sheila CRUZ will be representing the WKF USA in Martial Arts.  First steps are in progress, to recognize the WKF in “Association of Boxing Commissioners”.

Our new WKF POLAND team with president mr. Arkadiusz HULAK, Maciej LISOWSKI, Roman STERNIK famous multiple World Champion Frenky PAWLAK.

Of course both Mr. Hulak and Mr. Lisowski represented our WKF World federation in Poland plenipotentiary.

This is valid for all activities to establish all legal structures in Poland to be real WKF Poland association – and WKF World member.

As chief coach he appointed two real polish experts, Frenky “Flash” Pawlak and Roman Sternik from  “TOP FIGHT GYM”

Our WKF POLAND head office is located in Katowice and not in Kalisz any more.
