WKF IRELAND president Mike O´BRIEN and his team promoted a TOP event in “Devon Inn Hotel”.
In total 35 (!) fights on the fight card, including two Irish Junior titles, six PRO-AM Irish titles, plus two PRO-AM European titles and finally one PRO-AM World title.
So many tough Irish fighters showed high class performance and created new champions. On the international fight card we had fighter from Denmark, Italy, Austria, France and Russia.
Ruslan TOKHTAROV/Russia beat Irish Martin RYAN for the PRO-AM World title in K-1 rules Welterweight -67Kg / 147 lbs by clear KO in round three.
Peter BRODIGAN beat French fighter Michael COLUMBAT for the PRO-AM European title in K-1 rules Lightwelter – 63,50 Kg/138 lbs in Round 2 by RSC. He is now on pos. 2 in the PRO-AM World ranking.
Amir SAHIL/Austria beat Irish Patrick EARL for the PRO-AM European title in Lowkick Light middleweight -71Kg/156lbs.
